We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to use the restroom and prepare for your service. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated services.

We respect the health of our guests.We ask that you inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, medication or medical conditions ~ as some treatments may be contraindicated

Please do not come into the spa if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms.

Gratuity
We recommend adding a 20% gratuity to your services - but you are welcome to add whatever you are comfortable with
CANCELLATION POLICY
We request 24 hour advance notice to avoid fees.
For Sugaring and Spray Tanning, if cancelled or rescheduled within 6 hours or no show
50% of service will be charged (minimum $25).
For Massage, Facials and Lashes - 50% service fee will be charged The first time.
100% Service fee after that
